Initial thought for the one I bought was "Likes to be mounted in cattleya bright light" so I had it in bright light (monkey bars area) for two years. Practically died. 4/16 move to back chain where they will get more shade. Orchidspecies.com says: They are happiest with moderate shade and humidity and need less watering after flowering but not a true rest.
Split up compot 4/17/16. Made ten mounts, three or four net baskets, and a few runt pots to see what happens.
