RHS says this is Dendrobium pulchellum x Dendrobium Illustre. Illustre is chrysotoxum x pulchellum so we are 75% pulchellum here.
I think my plant was mislabeled because it is not as yellow as all the pictures online.

Started a keiki in summer 2012 in a wooden basket. Nov 2015 nice growth in the basket but there was snowy white mold. Soaked basket in 10% bleach solution for 10 minutes and then hosed it off. See what happens.
